Buckeye Partners, L.P., the nation’s premier transporter of petroleum products and owner and operator of refined petroleum product terminals, is seeking qualified candidates for:

 

Terminal Operator, based in Harristown, IL. Duties include terminalling operations, handling, receiving, transferring, shipping and storage of light oil products via pipeline and trucks. Climbing storage tanks and tanker trucks, general maintenance requiring physical labor outdoors, operating equipment, and other activities to ensure safe and environmentally sound operation.

 

Candidates must live within 45 minutes of the facility. Will be required to work shift work, holidays, weekends, overtime and call-outs. Terminalling or pipeline/petroleum operations/maintenance industry experience and two-year technical degree desirable; basic computer skills required. Electrical/mechanical skills are a plus. Must have valid driver’s license, excellent driving record and pass a pre-placement physical exam, including a DOT drug test.
