Test Engineering Supervisor

Test Engineering Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of the Test Engineering Department related to new product introduction, process improvement projects, production support, and operational plan actions. Research new test technologies and make recommendations for process changes. Establish training needs for all departmental employees and oversee new employee training. Encourage the professional development of the department. Gather and analyze test data to make recommendations on test capacity, station up time, and station utilization Provide leadership and direction in project management related to schedule, quality and cost. Provide design for test (DFT) direction to Research and Development regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize known test processes. Demonstrate and teach SEL values. Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering Two years of relevant leadership experience including project management Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and developing production tests Knowledge of C programming Excellent communication skills Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test results An Award Winning Company Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc.
