Manufacturing/Production/Operations Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Certification Company: Synerfac Technical Staffing Email: Apply by Email Website: www.synerfac.com **Test Technician** 2nd SHIFT ONLY **2 SHIFT POSITION** Work for a growing Northern New Jersey area manufacturing company. Test Technician:General Description:• Performs automatic testing on products in a fast paced environment with moderate supervision. Responsibilities:• Performs automatic testing on products.• Ensures assemblies meet visual, mechanical, electrical criteria of design documentation, standards and inspection documentation.• Follows written work instructions and completes necessary paperwork accurately that is required for jobs.• Reviews records for device traceability and compliance.• Detects problems and initiates corrective action to control non-conforming material and product by referring problem to cell leader or Supervisor/Manager. • May train new employees.• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Knowledge / Skills Required:• Able to carry out successive steps in accordance with procedures successfully   with moderate supervision• Able to identify nonconformance in documentation, components, products, processes and facilities• Able to resolve problems in accordance with operating procedures• Able to pass IPC610 Training• Able to perform tasks associated on two to three products Training:• Manufacturing Floor Procedures 82-0002-1400 • IPC610 Certification• Quality System Training• ESD Training• New Hire Orientation Physical Requirements:• Position is sedentary in the sitting position working at a bench on the manufacturing floor. Requires 95% sitting and 5% walking.  Must have good hand/finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination to work on very small devices.    Minimum Education Required:• AA degree in electronics. Minimum Experience Required:• Two years related experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred Anthony W.
