Training Coordinator-Need Associates Degree

General Summary:Provide training and certification to operators in many facets of fabrication production.Develop new or modify existing quality related Access reports and Crystal reports.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: -Responsible for documenting certification records for all operators and following up with employees, engineering, and management in order to complete.-Responsible for scheduling and tracking results of certifications for existing and new operating personnel.-Conduct new employee orientation, coordinating with all departments as needed.-Develop training plans in cooperation with engineers, area coordinators, leads, and supervisors.-Write training material for on the job training and for classroom presentation.-Provide on the job training to operators on all shifts when applicable.-Compose thorough easy-to-comprehend Shop Instructions as required.-Teach and participate in all facets of team leadership.-Complete reports and meeting minutes for teams.-Train operators, lead-operators, and supervisors in shop instructions, travelers, and inspection procedures, when applicable.-Must modify and edit documents of a technical nature.-Develop new or modify existing training related Excel reports, Access reports, Crystal reports, files and other documentation.-Maintain Peel test names database and other reports as needed.-Other duties as assigned by Human Resource Manager.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Education/ExperienceMinimum of Associates Degree in related field, with 2 years corporate training or teaching experience in the private or public sector.Other Qualifications and Requirements-Demonstrated proficiency with MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Preferred experience with Crystal Reports, Document Manager, and Win SPC.-Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and good organizational skills.-Preferred experience with DVD editing software.-Strong work ethic, positive attitude, punctual and good attendance record.-Must be able to work with all levels of the organization.-Ability to work with minimal supervision.If you meet the qualifications from the above job description..Click Apply Now.
