Warehouse Material Handler

RESPONSIBILITIES Select inventory or pack customer orders under supervision. Load or unload delivery vehicles and assemble stock onto pallets, warehouse trucks, racks, or shelves. Open cartons, bundles, and other containers and convey stock to designated area by hand, handtruck, or other equipment. Weigh, count, and record units of stock for customer order verification. May drive van or light vehicle to deliver customer orders. May perform counter sales responsibilities as backup personnel. May perform wire cutting duties and inventory cycle counting as required. Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS Prefer High School Graduate or G.E.D. Six months to one year warehousing/material handling experience preferred. Basic reading, math skills, and attention to detail is strongly preferred.  Ability to walk and move freely and regularly lift up to 70 pounds of stock.  Knowledge of warehousing procedures and security regulations.
