2nd Shift Production Supervisor

South Bay manufacturing company, the world’s leading producer of solar cell module systems, has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor. 

 

Job Requirements Include:

 

Organize and manage daily production & prepare reports.

Supervises and ensures resources are employed to achieve schedule commitments with optimum efficiency.

Trains work force in processes and procedures.

Works with other departments with-in and outside manufacturing to coordinate efforts and resolve problems.

Investigates and solves process, material & production related issues.

Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Maintain and improve product quality and actively participate in the quality improvement projects.

 

 

 

Qualifications Include:

 

Experienced in SMT process.

Experienced in ISO 9000 & Quality documentation requirement

Knowledge in SPC

Technical problem solving skills.

Flexibility to manage multiple projects.

Experience with engineering and business software tools

Experienced in Microsoft Office tools.

Familiarity with CNC programming but not required.

Knowledge in Access database a plus.

 

 

Experience:

 

Ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Electronics or other technical area and minimum of 3 years work experience in related field, good oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment, with problem solving skills.
