THESE ENTRY LEVEL  POSITION S REQUIRE:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or  Finance.Formal education to include a combination of courses in disciplines such as  accounting, intermediate accounting, financial accounting, production and operations management, business communication, computer sciences, business law, etc.Working knowledge of standard accounting, business practices, techniques, calculations and terminology.Demonstrated ability to perform various accounting activities  Demonstrated ability to apply mathematical formulas and algebraic formulas,Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectivelyDemonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English Possess PC skills including use of Microsoft Excel and Word applicationsPossess knowledge of or training related to financial accounting and reporting standards, and economic modeling and budget functions

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION:Prepare various, forecast information, volume & expense variance reporting, and Journal EntriesRegulatory reports, as well as budget information, Assist with compiling, preparing, and/or analyzing operations and expense budgets and capital expense budgets.Verify and/or perform calculations including but not limited to:

·Ratios

·Percentages and discounts

·Depreciation

·Allocations

·Account charges

·Financial ratiosUtilize applicable PC and/or Oracle ERP (enterprise resource planning) applications to assist with preparation and/or verification of information including but not limited to:

·Forecasted vs. actual expenses

·Governmental/regulatory reports

·Financial reports

 Provide information and assistance to employees from governmental and/or regulatory agencies, auditing firms, management, and others concerning accounting processes, various financial reports, and/or budgets and forecasts.
