Our Account Executives are at the core of our business and work hard to meet the exacting demands of our clients. System One is the specialist for the energy, engineering and scientific sectors, providing technical outsourcing solutions to improve your productivity. We are expanding our sales staff for these business lines and are looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and energetic Account Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years staffing experience, preferably in a technical or professional environment. An Account Executive is responsible for identifying opportunities, growing and managing multiple accounts at senior levels of the client organization. You must be able to identify potential business opportunities using existing relationships, industry knowledge and market research. Consultative selling proficiency and fostering lasting client relationships are musts. Responsibilities for the position include:Create a strong pipeline of clients and prospects Actively market System One’s services through a consistently high volume of activity Cultivate strong relationships at C level, VP and Director level Regularly attend and serve on boards of professional industry associations Maintain expected weekly gross margin dollars and average gross margin percentage Educate and present our services to clients and prospects The time is right to join our company, as we — and the industries we serve — are experiencing tremendous growth.
