RECRUITMENT PROFILE: ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

The Organization

 

Impact Selector Inc (ISI) manufactures, rents, and leases a comprehensive range of technologically advanced mechanical impact tools for open-hole and cased-hole wireline operations. ISI jars allow for more efficient and safer operations in even the harshest environments by virtually eliminating the risk of a stuck string and the staggering costs associated with stripovers, fishing, and rig downtime.

 

The Role

 

Based Houston, TX and/or Denver, CO (or any other major oil producing regions in the U.S.), the position of Account Manager, reports to the VP and COO. The Account Manager will be responsible for generating sales with new and existing customers as a way of pursuing the goals and objectives of the company. The position will be focused 100% on expanding product usage within major Oil and/or Service company operations throughout the Gulf of Mexico, and other parts of the US.

 

In addition, the Account Manager will assist in defining a strategy for sustainable and profitable growth and driving its implementation. Seeking new business opportunities for ISI involvement and highlighting new products for ISI involvement.

 

Candidate Specifications

 

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successfully generating sales at Executive and Field level to both Oil and Service Company personnel.

 

He/she will be a polished, accomplished executive with a proven track record of building and nurturing strong client/partnership relationships at all levels.

 

CAREER EXPERIENCE

 

·  Minimum 5 years career experience in the oil and gas industry. Wireline or Drilling experience preferred.

·  Positive track record of sales and marketing including marketing plan development and implementation, goal achievement, margin improvements, growth improvements.

·  History of positive direct interaction and extensive contacts in the oil and gas industry.
