Account Supervisor - Call Center (3 openings)

The Account Supervisor is responsible for meeting daily client inbound/outbound customer service and sales goals maintaining customer satisfaction. This person will be responsible for supervising 10-15 account representatives and call center activities. This person will be responsible for sales, productivity, attendance and quality of their respective team members.

1. Achieve the sales results each client expects by supporting and implementing direction in collaboration with Sr. Supervisor and Sales Support Coordinator.

2. Review daily progress of each account representative and make changes to, but not limited to, staffing, behaviors and call allocation as needed to meet goals.

3. Ensure customer service excellence and quality through employee coaching, weekly monitoring and departmental processes.

4. Communicate client updates to team members, written or verbal.

5. Work as a team with other Account Supervisors to ensure Department and Company goals are met.

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates degree or some college preferred
1-3 years of experience required

**Must have an understanding of both the project and floor processes. Responsible for knowing up to 10 systems to help support the account representatives.

**Sales or call center experience with some supervisory responsibility. Must have experience with handling performance and disciplinary issues.

THIS OPERATION IS 7 DAYS/WEEK AND 365 DAYS/YEAR. CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COVER SHIFTS AT ANY TIME DURING OPERATION HOURS. SHIFTS MAY VARY. WE OPERATE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. OPERATION HOURS ARE 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
