Accounting "Super Clerk

Rapidly growing inner-loop (southwest) company is seeking a versatile accounting clerk to join the Finance Team and assume significant responsibilities.

 

Primary Duties:Perform reconciliations of A/P, A/R and all bank accounts.Utilize internal, bank and outside processor’s systems and databases to insure cash applications are properly reflected in customer accounts. Process accounts payable.Filing of sales tax reports.Assist with other miscellaneous projects needed.

 

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.3+ years of A/R and A/P experience.High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.Above average analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented.Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi-task with the ability to plan and complete work with little supervision.Willing to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.Maintain confidential information with professionalism.

 

Desired:Experience using QuickBooks.Previous experience researching, analyzing and problem solving payment issues.
