ResponsibilitiesThe Associate will be responsible for administrative, information and selected financial management of ConocoPhillips' environmental remediation group's business, including support of our Western Region in achieving its goals and perform tasks to ensure efficiencies. Create monthly, quarterly and ad hoc management reports and queries and manipulate technical data in Excel and Access for the site and managers. perform database administrative tasks, including data entry Assist with the off-site access process by maintaining a real estate issues spreadsheet and following up with internal customers. Conduct audits for proper Site Access Agreements as needed Audit California Geotracker and ConocoPhillips' LiveLink system for compliance with uploading of reports by consultants. Perform as regional records management specialist Support the LARWQCB EAOP program deliverables through completion of administrative and analytical tasks. Complete UST Cleanup Fund administrative and analytical tasks Perform Financial functions including tracking accrual, billing, complete check requests, process invoice payments Complete office administration including mail distribution, procuring office supplies, organizing meetings and overall coordination of regional administrative functions Perform Special Projects as neededBasic/RequiredProficient in SAP (FI, MM modules, etc.) Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Power Pont, Access, Outlook, Word)1-3 years Accounts Payable experienceAssociate's DegreeLegally authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions.
