Seeking energetic, innovative attorney with at least 7 years experience working with FERC electric regulatory matters and State regulatory matters to advise and represent the PSEG Companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and State Regulatory Commissions. Essential: Undergraduate degree and Juris Doctorate. Basic Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and legal analytical ability, as well as professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer/client focus. Desired: Experience with in-house corporate law department or regulatory agency.
