This role determines facility design and material, time and cost estimates for the construction, maintenance and relocation of distribution facilities for customers within the assigned area. Designs distribution facilities based on customer load requirements and existing facilities. Inspects work request job sites, determines metering requirements and prepares sketches of property and service agreements. Prepares cost estimates based on design of new construction or modification of existing facilities. Prepares joint use notifications, CATV permits, underground agreements, facilities charge agreements, billing authorities, revenue calculations and other associated documents. Determines tree-trimming requirements and initiates activity. Obtains right-of-way and easement agreements as well as highway/railroad permits. Communicates electrical/construction requirements to customers. Assists in service restoration during outages.Target annual salary range is $43k to $45K with annual bonus of 8.5%.There is an opportunity to realize up to a 5% merit increase every six months for the first two years.This is tied to the two year training program.Qualifications${Job Qualifications}
