Bilingual Commerical Sales Representatives within the Dallas, TX-based - do you want to be part of a growing, thriving company with a GREAT team environment?

Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking Commerical Sales Reps to provide high levels of customer satisfaction with the highest level of courtesy, enthusiasm and professionalism.

 

General Job Summary:

 

 

As a Commercial Sales Agent, you will responsible for performing outbound phone-based sales calls to potential and existing Stream Energy customers.  The call types include new deal opportunities based on warm and cold leads, winback calls, contract renewal calls and contract conversion calls.  Your pitch will involve Stream Energy’s appreciation of its customers, its competitive pricing and its commitment to The Customer Experience.

 

The role is one where work ethic and drive tend to yield positive results.  A comfort level of speaking with people of all demographics over the phone is necessary to succeed.  A Commercial Sales Agent maintains and works towards a sales quota.  The position carries a mix of a base salary and commissions with aggressive financial up-side for strong performers.

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

-  Proactively call existing customer leads and explain the value of Stream Energy’s products and services with primary focus in the ability to identify issues, build rapport, overcome objections and close sales opportunities. 

-  Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers and serve as a single point of contact for all future needs of your customers

-  Meet all assigned goals on time while ensuring quality

-  Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely, accurately and in a timely manner

-  Commit to honesty, integrity and an incredibly high work rate at all times

-  assist in the preparation of marketing materials and the coordination of marketing events from time to time

 

Job Requirements:

-  Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

-  Charisma, positive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt on the fly to changing business needs

-  Integrity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

-  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and sales-driven environment

-  Ability to speak English and Spanish fluently is a plus
