Currently, we have several great opportunities for recent college graduates seeking to develop their analytical skills and their careers in the energy industry to join our Electric Transmission team as Business Analysts. In this role, you will collaborate with our teams to meet the current business needs of the company and our future needs. 



Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business preferred. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including process documentation.
Strong analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities.
Proficient personal  computer skills including: Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of change management.

Ability to successfully multi-task, interact and communicate effectively and work  collaboratively within a team environment of other business analysts.

Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
