The Global IT PMO is responsible for evaluation, prioritization, planning and execution of projects that require IT resources. The PMO and Business Planning Coordinator is responsible for the following functions: Performance measurement and tracking for the PMO and for individual projects, maintaining the PMO portfolio and facilitating PMO team meetings; coordinating process to build bottoms-up business plan (both operating and capital) for Global IT, coordinating process to develop capital budget for IT, tracking and reporting actuals vs. plan for Global IT on a monthly basis (both operating and capital). This position reports to the Manager, Global PMO and Business Planning and is located in San Ramon. Qualifications:Key Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:Champion PMO Processes and Measure Performance:• Develop standard reports to track PMO and project progress against business objectives for Oronite; ensuring realization of value from the PMO is delivered.• Support PMO processes to ensure projects are aligned with strategy.• Collect and consolidate monthly status reports for all active projects.• Support Global Business Analysts and Project Managers in aligning business cases to business plans and strategy.PRO and Project Server Administration:• Ensure all requests to the PMO are tracked and entered in the PRO application.• Maintain status on all projects within PRO.• Maintain Project Plans in Microsoft Server. Business Planning:• Coordinate the development of short and long term Business plans for Global IT Service Delivery.• Coordinate process to build a bottoms up business plan (both opex and capex).• Coordinate the development of the annual budget for IT. Track and report actuals on a monthly basis.• Prepare presentations for CIO. Facilitates PMO team meetings to reach desired common goals:• Manages team meetings, develops goals for each meeting in alignment with annual and long term objectives, then facilitates each meeting to ensure realization of objectives. • Keeps and distributes minutes from meetings including action itemsPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Management/Information Technology/Business Administration.
