CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR FORTUNE 500 CO.

The OpportunityWe seek an experienced Customer Service Representative to serve as a key contact and liaison and ensure total customer satisfaction.  This position is located at our Jackson, TN. branch.  This individual will: Handles all incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.  Will solicit orders from existing customer base daily. Coordinates the prompt handling of all customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credits and claims. Ensures timely responses to customers. Takes an active roll in selling Graybar goods and services on both inbound and outbound calls. Handles all written correspondence received from/send to customers in a timely manner. Provides technical support on product selection and application.Requirements Four-year college degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of electrical products and services with the ability to effectively communicate these to Graybar’s customers. Two to four years’ industry specific experience preferred. Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact. Excellent communication skills.
