Duties and Responsibilities: Is Customer Service your passion? Does having the holiday season off appeal to you? If so, consider joining our call center team as a Move Order Representative. In this role you will be responsible for working with new customers to obtain service or with existing customers who are moving from one location to another. Our bilingual representatives will work closely with our Spanish speaking customers. Your schedule will be flexible to accommodate shifts between 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Work assignment is February-November each year. Company contribution toward benefits provided after 5 months of employment.

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements: Successful applicants must possess customer contact or call center experience, which includes problem solving and teamwork skills. Computer experience is required. To qualify for our bilingual positions, applicants must be verbally fluent in both Spanish and English.
