Campaign Manager

Develops, implements and measures direct marketing and lead generation campaigns to achieve sales forecasts for product lines and goals for various programs including energy efficiency and customer perception initiatives. Executes sales tactics as follows - manages the development of customer lists for specific campaigns according to segmentation established by product managers; manages the flow of leads; manages the development and production of external communication vehicles such as sales collaterals, direct mail, bill inserts, trade advertising, product catalogs, seminars, trade shows, newspaper ads, public relations/press events and website design/content. Maintain and apply working knowledge of PSEG Standards for Business Controls and meet management's expectation for effective internal business controls. Develops and manages program budgets. Develops strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs and increase customer response rates. Manages key vendors and agencies. Interacts regularly with Sales, Operations, Legal, Inquiry, Corporate Procurement, Media Relations, Finance, Corporate Advertising, Product Managers and Reproduction Services
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications/Advertising or Equivalent Professional experience. Proficient with Microsoft applications including Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer facing processes, and PSE&G service offerings such as Appliance Service, Outdoor Lighting, Web Services. Desired: MBA or Advanced Degree. Experience in Marketing or Advertising.
