We offer relocation assistance, competitive salaries and outstanding employee benefits/programs.   We currently have an opportunity at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (PVNGS), located approximately 50 miles west of downtown Phoenix.      Chemistry Team Leader PALO VERDE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION(Ref. #20080223) Position Summary:Primary oversight of one of three units chemistry operating staffs including direction and coordination of activities and tasks performed by dayshift and rotating shift Technicians.  This position serves as primary point of contact for Maintenance and Operations Department activities in the unit.  The Team Leader will provide technical direction and oversight to ensure activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures, monitor analytical chemistry/radiochemistry data and trends and recommend/review/direct necessary preventative and corrective actions.  This position is responsible for staff training plans, participation in training programs and ensuring that staff training requirements are met.
