Commercial Industrial Sales Representative

OCCUPATION: Account Management (Commissioned) DESCRIPTION:Generate new revenue for the Company by selling profitable applicationsof gas and electric to commercial, industrial, governmental, and multifamilycustomers in accord with established marketing plans.Fully accountable for producing all electric and gas sales quotas in the commercial, industrial, governmental and multifamily segments in assigned territory. Sell a wide variety of energy applications for heating, cooling,cooking, water heating, industrial/commercial processes, Dusk to Dawn lighting and new energy products.Conduct professional sales presentations and use a high level ofcreativity in executing sales strategy to meet diverse customer needs inthe face of stiff competition. Effectively communicate technicalrequirements and negotiate sales agreements for customers and/orauthorized agents.Provide economic evaluation, feasibility studies, technical and energyconservation assistance to contractors, builders, architects,consultants, property managers, developers and customers for thepurposes of promoting profitable sales and fostering efficient use ofelectric and natural gas.Using data gathered in the field, perform profitability analysis usingestablished models and determine customer promotional incentive and/orcustomer contributions. Has authority to commit customer incentives,company resources and company financing within approved guidelines.Proficient in the use of various computer software.Base salary plus uncapped commission, flexible work schedule, use oflaptop, cellular phone, and company car provided.
