Commissioning Agent

Brewer-Garrett has an immediate opening in the Cleveland, OH region for a Commissioning Agent. Job duties would include execution of Building Commissioning project tasks. Project tasks include project intent verification, basis of design documentation, design reviews, construction site visits, shop drawing & O&M manual submittal reviews, commissioning issue tracking, TAB verification, and functional performance testing.

Job Qualifications:BSME, BSEE, or Equivalent ExperienceMinimum of five (5) plus years of experienceBasic knowledge of building mechanical & electrical systemsEducational knowledge of ASHRAE Guideline 0 (preferred)Educational knowledge of LEED® (preferred)Previous experience with BAS and/or DDC HVAC controls (preferred)Registered FE / EIT (preferred)Strong verbal and written skillsStrong background with Microsoft® OfficeAbility to travel, with some overnight travel required
