Commodity Lead

Westinghouse Electric Company Nuclear Fuel, is seeking a Commodity Lead in its Global Supply Chain Management department in Columbia, SC.In this position, a Commodity Lead will perform the following duties:- Develop commodity sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and deliver to identified commodity procurement goals- Lead collaborative, cross-functional commodity teams to develop, implement and maintain commodity strategies in concert with the globally integrated commodity plans; prepare or participate in the preparation of negotiation plans and contractual agreements to meet lowest total cost and cycle time, make vs. buy, quality, delivery, technology, product development, asset management, security of supply, supplier diversity, supplier relationship management, supply quality improvement and continuous improvement goals, plans and metrics.*8-10 years of commodity management experience in a manufacturing environment*Experience with Lease agreements, Environmental Services, Plant/Facility Services &Construction and Capital Equipment/Projects preferred*Global sourcing experience required*experience working with multiple (global) sites preferred*Ability to travel Internationally is required Westinghouse technology is the basis for nearly half of the world's nuclear power plants.
