Compensation Analyst

Organizational Statement Enbridge Energy Company, Inc, a leader in crude and natural gas transportation, gathering, and processing, is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst for our Houston, Texas office. This person will perform various projects focusing on compensation to ensure that the company remains competitive in pay and communicates openly about pay with its employees.Responsibilities Complete salary surveys.Perform survey data analysis to evaluate current state of company pay and make recommendations on structure changes.Perform mid-year compensation reviews on select positions.Assist HR Advisors and leaders on pay recommendations. Evaluate and grade new positions.Participate in enterprise initiative eCompensation.Develop career path descriptions for select job families to assist leaders in discussing pay and developing employees.Write STIP communication pieces for E&Y.Populate PeopleSoft database with survey match codes to facilitate market reference points for future projects. Audit system data for accuracy of titles, grades, incentives, etc. Writes compensation communication pieces for the portal.Other compensation projects as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting or other relevant major.Advanced skills in Excel.A minimum of 2 years of specific compensation experience.Equal Employment Opportunity We appreciate your interest in Enbridge Energy Company, Inc.
