I. Job Summary Provides comprehensive analytical support to ongoing compensation and evaluation programs for Corporate and Designated Group(s). II. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar area of study, five or more years of previous experience. Preferred: Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar area of study, and five or more years of previous experience. B.
