Contract Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION          Identify talent pool for available positions within the company.

 

·          Source candidates. 

 

·          Initial point of contact with candidates to market position, determine position fit and candidate interest.

 

·          Coordinate the interview process.

 

·          Manage relationships with Recruiting Agencies.

 

·          Remain abreast of new hire packages and industry trends; recommend strategies for attracting candidates.

 

Maintain recruitment statistics.JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

·          Bachelor's degree

 

·          3 – 5 years experience in a recruiting position

 

·          Familiarity with the Exploration and Production industry and positions

 

·          Excellent written and oral communication skills

 

·          Thorough understanding of selection techniques

 

Good negotiation skills
