Control Automation Technician

Organizational Statement Enbridge Energy Company, Inc, a leader in crude and natural gas transportation, gathering, and processing, is currently seeking a Control Automation Technician for our location in Longview, Texas. This person will install, operate, maintain and repair industrial process equipment and control systems used in the operation of natural gas pipeline, compression and plant facilities.Responsibilities Install, operate and maintain industrial process equipment and controls systems utilized in natural gas industry.Install, operate and maintain PLC/PC/Controls hardware.Program PLC/PC.Maintain Control Panels.Read and interperate P&ID and electrical diagrams.Calibration of instruments.Troubleshoot, maintain and repair end devices as needed.Provide support of systems as needed.Qualifications High School EducationAssociates degree in electronics, instrumentation or three plus years of experience in I&E, PLC ladder logic, wonderware and control logic in the natural gas industry.High integrity and self motivatedGood communication, problem solving and physical perceptive skillsValid drivers license and pass DOT drug tests.Equal Employment Opportunity Enbridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer We thank all respondents for their interest in Enbridge.
