Purpose:

Allocate G&A costs and settle projects and internal orders for assigned CSGs. Maintain and support Petroleum time write activities

Key Relationships Finance Managers - Petroleum, Minerals and Corporate Petroleum Operations personnel Financial Analysts - Petroleum, Minerals and Corporate SSCA - Costing team

Core Accountabilities

Direct and guide the costing and time write activities Ensure consistency across CSGs. Execute month/year end allocation processes for minerals, petroleum and corporate assets Attend meeting between Adelaide and Houston to encourage teamwork and efficiencies Process month end close cycles Assist in preparation of annual G&A budgets Handle external and internal queries in a timely manner.

Qualification Degreed professional with an understanding of financial processes Technical Expertise a plus

Experience & Technical Competencies 2 to 3 years accounting experience Costing experience a plus but not required Experience with SAP - Controlling & CATS a plus Proficient with Microsoft office products with advanced Excel

Languages English - Fluent read and write
