We are currently seeking a Credit and Collections Representative to be located in our regional office in Syracuse, NY. This individual will possess outstanding people skills with the ability to coordinate credit and collection activity for both residential and commercial accounts for various locations throughout New York. Key tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintaining accounts receivable monies to company standards. Responding to customer inquiries and billing issues. Preparing account receivable reports. Educational Qualifications and Requirements: Associate degree or the equivalent. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Effective communication (verbal/written), interpersonal and organizational skills essential. Previous credit and collections experience required. **Customer service is paramount, but it isn't Suburban's only priority.
