Apply Today!!!  We are currently seeking experienced Contact Center Advocates for an ElectricDelivery Call Center in Waco. In this position, you will respond to Competitive Retailer and end-user consumer’s inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.You will initiate service orders for consumers and builders/contractors,respond to energy efficiency inquiries, and initiate outage and emergencyinvestigation orders.  In addition you will also assist competitive retailerswith billing questions, post city inspections, and performcorrespondence duties as necessary. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Callcenter experience, excellent computer skills, and extensive customer serviceexperience is required.   Candidate must be available for all shifts on a monthlyrotating (day, evening, and night shifts) as well as weekends and holidays. Click the apply now button to complete the online application!!!!
