Customer Service Representatives needed for GREAT company!!

Stream Energy is hiring multiple Customer Care Representatives in our Dallas headquartered call center - do you want to be part of a growing, thriving company with a GREAT team environment?

Due to our rapid growth, we are currently seeking Customer Care Reps to provide high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution and handle customer questions, billing inquiries and complaints with the highest level of courtesy, enthusiasm and professionalism.

 

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

- Strive for achievement of one-call resolution of customer issues


- Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and nurturing relationships with supervisors and team leaders


- Interface & communicate with various departments to ensure issue

resolution & ultimate customer satisfaction


- Monitor inbound and outbound calls to evaluate level of professionalism, quality

and customer friendliness


- Solve problems at all stages of the customer life cycle


- Prioritize and organize daily follow-up to ensure timely resolution

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

Shift Flexibility is REQUIRED!

 

High School Diploma required


Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required!


Demonstrate skills in problem solving


High level of customer service and customer relations skills required


Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm

 

Must be able to accommodate flexible work schedule based on business needs, including some Saturdays




Clean criminal background and drug screen results
