Customer Technical Support Representatives

Profile-Systems, LLC is a leading manufacturer of innovative Energy Management Solutions.  We are located in NW Indiana just 50 minutes from downtown Chicago.  Our continuing growth and development has created openings for seasoned Customer Technical Support Representatives. 

 

Candidate should have strong customer interface and customer satisfaction skills. Must have PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, understanding of customer service techniques,  ability to learn technical information and troubleshoot problems when necessary.  Understanding of electricity, electronics and HVAC controls a plus.  Must have competent telephone skills, oral and written communication skills, positive attitude and demonstrate tact and sensitivity in customer communication, projecting a positive image.

 

Responsibilities include:  Logging and organizing incoming calls from Customers and Contractors, follow up calls to customer to assure incident closure, use call logging system and troubleshooting technical/electrical issues.

Must be able to work any shift including weekends.  Must be flexible.
