Education/Experience Requirements:

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, have computer- and database- access skills, be able to create and manipulate EXCEL spreadsheets. Ability to work with GEE databases, extracting information from some, and writing to others. The work will not require generation or publication of Export Controlled (EC) data, but the DCSs may need to access data systems where EC data is stored.



Education/Experience Desired:

Would prefer someone with some technical training in engineering who works well with engineers and other users. Also prefer someone with skills in populating web pages with updated information.



Job Description:

The work will primarily involve capturing and regularly posting reports using data from several GEE proprietary databases which help guide engineering design and validation processes. These databases include programs for new products and processes (eNPP), design practices (eDPs), design record books (eDRBs), design reviews (eDRs), and action item tracking (eAIT). The compiled information would then be transformed into convenient displays (graphs, charts, tables, dashboards) for use by the engineering staff and management. This is to be 80% of the job.



The remaining 20% of the jobs may require compiling technical data for loading into aftermarket databases like Product Life Portal (PLP). This would require DCS access to other GEE databases like DART, for design configurations and eBOM for bill of material data, FSR/Auto for engine field reports, and repair shop job data.
