DEPUTY GENERAL COUNSEL
(REGULATORY LAW)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform in-house regulatory law duties, including preparation of regulatory filings, appearances at Commission hearings and proceedings in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado, legal research and analysis, development of regulatory legal strategy, and support of regulatory affairs department.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from top-tier law.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

10 years legal experience, practice before state utility commissions and courts, experience with natural gas utility rates and regulation, and strong work ethic.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

In-house utility experience, FERC experience, state franchise law experience.
