Join our team and discover why Burns & McDonnell was voted one of the Best Places to Work. Burns & McDonnell has exciting opportunities in our Houston office for Detailers in our Transmission & Distribution group.  Successful candidates will provide a full range of drawing production work, provide problem analysis, design layout, calculations and coordination of drafting activities, apply basic formulas, principles and practices. Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in drafting technology.  2 years drafting experience combined with BS degree OR 3 years drafting experience combined with Associate's degree required. Mastered basic commands of multiple CADD systems.  Routinely use higher-level commands in CADD system.  Utilizes time-saving programs and routines. As a 100% employee owned firm, we offer stock ownership, incentive bonus programs and matching 401(k) plans.
