Director of Financial Reporting - SEC

$600MM Investment Property Firm seeking a Director of Financial Reporting Reporting to the CAO.

 

Primarily responsible for the timely and accurate compilation, review and filings of all SEC compliance reporting including annual report on Form 10K, quarterly Form 10Q’s, debt and equity offerings and any/all other filings required with the SEC.

Responsible for performing technical research on financial reporting and accounting issues, supervising the preparation of position memos and participating in discussions with internal and external personnel in finalizing solutions.  Requirements Minimum: 4 year degree + Desired: Masters Degree in Accounting or Business Administration

Minimum: 5 years of work experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting experience with a nationally-recognized firm and industry Desired: 7-10 years of work experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting experience with a nationally-recognized firm and industry

CPA required

Supervisory experience required.
