CFO to our CEO in our office in Houston TX.  The CFO will manage the accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax reporting, financial audits, and future financial forecast of the company.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The CFO will work with the CEO on long range plans, forecasts, communicate with investors and analysts, negotiate future asset acquisitions, establish and maintain internal compliance and improve internal controls, minimize tax liabilities, and present to the CEO the challenges and provide solutions faced by a growing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who will take a risk by moving to a new company and profit from the rewards of a growing company.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Qualified candidates must have prior experience with a rapidly growing company, Oil & Gas experience strongly preferred, experience raising funds through investors and financial institutions, Controller by company stock option package, supervised financial reporting including SEC reporting, and managed the day to day accounting and finance operations of the company.
