ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS ENERGY INDUSTRY - WILL SPONSOR

Overview:

Major energy industry player is seeking an electrical engineer from Senior Engineer to Principal Engineer depending on the experience level of the successful candidate.  This organization will provide sponsorship, if needed, for the right candidate.

Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

* Organizing and performing related studies (load flow, stability, short circuit) on the transmission system

* Analyzing and preparing reports related to transmission studies

*Coordination of transmission customers, owners and consultants

*Supervision of consultants engaged to lead, review or perform technical analysis

*Coordination of studies with neighboring systems

Education and Experience Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

*Five or more years of technical and leadership experience in electrical engineering in the areas of operations modeling, assessment or planning

*Demonstrated ability to scope studies, develop results, write reports and make presentations which will require excellent written and oral communication as well as presentation skills.

*Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and/or Professional Engineering License a plus
