ENGINEERING MANAGER PROJECT DELIVERY

Reporting to the Engineering Director, the Manager is responsible for supervising a functional team of Engineers, Project Managers and Construction staff.  Manager is also responsible for managing and coordinating several Capital Investment projects related to Production, Networks and other water resources or operations systems.

 

KNOWLEDGEIdeal candidate must have:  1) a broad knowledge of Engineering, Project Management and Construction Management practices in planning, design, construction and operations of water resource management facilities, engineering and utility economics, contract administration and construction technology;  2) good working knowledge of regulatory developments, new technology, and current trends in water quality water, water treatment, developer services and other water resource management disciplines;  3) knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations, company procedures, policies and operations; and 4) knowledge of employee relations, safety and environmental regulations, federal and state water quality and design regulations and technical standards.







EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Bachelors or advance degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field;  Professional Engineering (PE) license; and a minimum of 5-7 years experience in water quality or related field.
