Granite Services International Inc is an affiliate of General Electric. We provide contract engineering and technical services to the global power generation and other affiliated industries. We have been servicing the power generation industry for over twenty years. Our services include power plant commissioning, start-up, installation, maintenance, project controls, operations and craft services worldwide. We have over six thousand engineers and technicians on assignment in over sixty countries around the globe.
= Position is located at the corporate office in Tampa, Florida.
= Industry experience in Power/Energy a plus.
= Experience sourcing, screening and presenting qualified professionals for technical and non-technical job opportunities.
= Develop collaborative working relationships with various managers.
= Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational and prioritizing abilities, negotiation skills and good business judgment is essential.
= Ability to identify and recommend recruitment strategies for assigned open positions and communicate strategies with hiring managers.
= Proficient in the use of applicant tracking software, candidate database management, various sourcing technique, internet job boards and various data mining techniques.
= Proactively keep abreast of market availability of skill sets and current market data relative to staffing including salary shifts and promote realistic time to fill metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
BA or BS degree or relevant industry experience
Proficient with MS Office
Possess collaborative interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and able to interact and make presentations.
Internet sourcing and data mining skills.
