It all starts here, with you.Will include travel and will work at the nuclear stations (North Anna, Surry, Kewaunee, & MIllstone) for coordination activities and cross-training.Responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience:The incumbent must have a thorough understanding of Site and Corporate Engineering functions to enable assignment of work and corrective actions within Corporate Engineering. The responsibilities for this position include:-Preparation of management reports for capital and O&M projects-Interface with project controls activities, including cost plans and PFRB-Assistance with long range planning-The ALARA coordinator for Corporate Engineering-Review of all incoming requests for Corporate Engineering support-Management of the project scoping process for Corporate Engineering-A working relationship with Site Engineering Coordination-Support of the Engineering Work Management process for Corporate Engineering-Central Reporting System interface and support-Department performance indicatorsQualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:-Prior Site Engineering experience is preferred-Demonstrated understanding of engineering activities needed to support power station operation and maintenance-Must have a good working knowledge of Plant Systems-Understanding of power plant construction principles and methodology-Have good in Engineering procedures / Design concepts-A good working knowledge of Project Development / Project Management-Working knowledge of CRS-Knowledge of capital and O&M project development, management, and associated controls-In-depth knowledge of Microsoft computer applications-Able to handle complex work and decision-making-Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and completing tasks independently-Organization and planning skills necessary to manage multiple priorities-Demonstrated competency in verbal, written, and interpersonal skills-Security access to nuclear power stations required-Minimum of 10 plus years experience at Commercial Nuclear Power Stations

Certification and Other Qualifications:
-E license can be substituted for a 4-year engineering degree from an accredited institution-RO or SRO license is preferred-STA experience helpful
