Field Draftsman

Organizational Statement Enbridge Energy Company, Inc, a leader in crude and natural gas transportation, gathering, and processing, is currently seeking an Entry Level Field Draftsman for our Longview, Texas office. This person will learn the software tools required to perform drafting and mapping support work for the local operations and engineering personnel in the East Texas area.Responsibilities ¿ Assist with records management associated with pipeline facilities in the East Texas region¿ Learn survey requirements of the pipeline system¿ Update drawings and databases with new information for pipeline regulatory compliance ¿ Produce and copy drawings as requested by operations and engineering personnel¿ Learn Pipeline regulations and drawing and documents required to maintain compliance with pipeline regulationsQualifications ¿ High school education required. ¿ Technical or trade school experience in computers, drafting & design and our survey would be beneficial. ¿ Computer skills or ability to learn relatively complex computer software programs is a must.Equal Employment Opportunity Enbridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer We thank all respondents for their interest in Enbridge.
