And we welcome anyone who shares our commitment to ingenuity and excellence.EOE/AA Employer HR Manager for a 1000 employee field organization.  As part of Northwest Region Service HR team, will manage critical HR functions including employee relations,  Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Plans, Diversity, Salary Administration, training,  benefits and communications programs.  Assures provisions of HR services are consistent with customer satisfaction objectives, and in a manner which promotes maintenance of direct relationships with employees.  Serves as key staff support person to Branch and Region Management by providing counsel, advice, recommendations and actions relating to HR matters.  Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.  Requires five to seven years of HR generalist experience.  Broad exposure to and proven success in implementing and managing critical HR Tasks such as on-boarding new accounts;  salary planning and administration;  etc.  Knowledge of salary administration preferred.  Familiarity with corporate policies and practices for major corporations is desirable.Ability  to travel 40 to 50% of the time.
