Responsibilities: General DutiesBe available and fit for duty within work schedule 24/7Exhibit pre-job operating skillsCheck and supervise load equipment necessary for job completion.Select proper specific tools .Plan and load all equipment necessary for contingency problems on location.Manage crew for efficient operationsWell Site DutiesCoordinate job procedures with customer representative.Supervise equipment assembly and rig up.Perform downhole pipe recovery services, mechanical and logging.Supervise disassembly of downhole equipment and rig down.Safety/ComplianceSTOP job on location or at district when unsafe conditions are observed.Maintain control and adhere to regulatory compliance (explosives and radiation).Understand and comply with safety practices and procedures for operational tasks (pressure control, explosives, lifting certifications, radiation).Driving safely for road conditions to and from location, Journey management.Conduct pre job wellsite safety meeting. Technical OperationsPerforms troubleshooting of equipment.Responsible for basic equipment maintenance.Maintains appropriate grades for technical training classes.Helps the Customer make decisions of how to complete the recovery of downhole tubulars.
