Front Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Fast growing Company in the Turtle Creek area is seeking a Front Office Coordinator with Administrative skills.
Job Purpose:
Maintains front office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items and greeting guests.
Duties:
* Answers incoming calls.
* Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
* Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing postage meter fund.
* Maintains calendar for conference room and war room.
* Maintains all AP, AR and customer files.
* Administers permissions for online document repository.
* Assists with special projects as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Microsoft Office 2003 or greater (Word, Excel, Outlook).
