HR Coordinator

 

Fircroft is a leading supplier of manpower and recruitment outsourcing solutions to technical industries worldwide.  Our Houston office houses our US regional branch supporting both domestic and international blue chip clients engaged in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

We are currently seeking a HR/ Administrative Professional to join our team as HR Coordinator.  This is an in-house position at our offices located in the Galleria. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the HR Coordinator is responsible for HR administration and logistical support to our full time employees and contractor workforce.

This is a supervisory position, supported by one full time administrator.

 

Duties will include:

HR Services

 

-Generation and distribution of Employee Contracts;

-Administration of Company Benefits plans;

-Consultation with Employees on benefits options;

-Manage Employee inductions;

-Maintenance and Distribution of Contractor induction packs;

-Point of contact for all HR enquiries.

 

Expatriate Travel Services

 

 

-Domestic and international travel and meet & greet arrangements;

-Visa & Work Permit arrangement in coordination with Fircroft’s Global offices and retained travel consultants;

-Expatriate Administration and Support services.

 

Requirements:

- College Education preferred;

- Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration;

- Experience of handling travel and visa arrangements preferred; 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word; Excel; Powerpoint; Outlook. 

- Excellent planning, organizational and prioritizing skills;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Good project management skills;

- High attention to detail and accuracy;

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

 

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong record of loyalty, reliability and a desire to learn and grow within an expanding business.  This is a ‘hands on’ role and the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate proficiency in each of the duties outlined above.
