Spherion has partnered with the world’s largest manufacturer of water and wastewater systems to identify a Human Resources Partner for their Vineland, NJ facility.   This is a Temporary position with an industry leader.Pay Rate $20-$25 an hourExcellent Opportunity  Description:·  Provides full range of human resources support and counsel to an identified customer base covering several or all of the following:  staffing, compensation, benefits, employee training and development, environmental health and safety, security and general employee relations, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.·  Participates in the day-to-day administration, communication, and implementation of HR policies and programs at the business unit or division level.  ·  Advises management regarding semi-complex EEO, federal and state employment laws and compliance issues.    Requirements:·  BS/BA in related discipline required·  2-5 years of HR experience required·  Must have strong MS Office skills·  Must have a high level of project prioritization, organization skills and strong communication skills·  Ability to deal with all levels of an organization Must pass drug screen and criminal background check Experience candidates please apply on-line   Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
