Under general supervision, as our HRIS Analyst you will assist in development, design, implementation, support, analysis, maintenance, compliance and administration of all HRIS systems to meet Vestas objectives, most specifically SAP for US and Canada (Americas) employees.

 

Specific tasks for this position will include but are not limited to:

 

·  Responsible for data collection, processing, maintenance, accuracy and reporting of all employee records and HRIS data for Vestas Americas People & Culture (P&C).

·  Act as technical liaison for Vestas Americas P&C to IT and global for all HRIS solutions.

·  Lead, participate, implement and maintain global HRIS strategies and projects at business unit level while working with SAP Core Competency Center where applicable.

·  Lead transition from existing platforms to SAP while meeting future business unit needs.

·  Assume technical responsibility for the efficiency and integrity of the local SAP system and all interfaces.

·  Proactively develop reports for senior management and functional areas throughout Vestas Americas to include headcount, turnover, etc.

·  Analyze existing functionality and recommend improvements with SAP solutions and other applications to improve productivity.

·  Stay abreast of SAP updates and the impact at the business unit level.

·  Assume responsibility for local security requirement in partnership with global IT.

·  Act as a liaison from the business unit to global with requests for system modifications to includes tables, data elements and user accessibility.

·  Lead and assist in business process design decisions that affect core HRIS functions and recommend solutions or upgrades.

·  Act as technical SAP Super User for P&C and provide support and training on all SAP solutions locally.

·  Provide support and resolution with system trouble shooting.

·  Maintain knowledge of organizational structure.

 

Interested candidates must meet the minimum qualifications:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience with HRIS.

·Three (3) years experience in development, design, implementation, support, maintenance and administration of SAP HR solutions.  

· Basic knowledge and awareness of employment laws.

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to adhere to deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

· Ability to act independently and exercise judgment and discretion within the scope of the position.

· Strong organizational skills to include proven project management experience.

· Problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to partner with various stakeholders to effectively manage projects across functions and geographies in required.

· Handle and maintain confidentiality of data.

· Approximately 10% travel local and international.
