Human Resources Analyst

We are currently looking for an HR Analyst working in our corporate office in Houston, TX. This person will be responsible for providing professional level support to the Aggreko Human Resources department by maintaining and supporting all HR technology solutions and data interfaces.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
HR Technology:
-Provide support for all HR technology (HRIS, Self Service, applicant tracking system, Online Salary management, intranet, etc). Serve as liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll, recruiting) to resolve issues and ensure accuracy.
-Lead the review, testing and implementation of technology system upgrades or patches. Work with functional areas to coordinate upgrades and testing.
-Develop, implement and maintain technology related policies and procedures to ensure usability of systems and data integrity
-Responsible for access level set-up and security maintenance for all HR technology
-Develop, deliver, and maintain training for system end-users
-Lead development of HRIS on boarding and configurations
-Lead vendor selection projects for new technology or technology upgrades.
Reporting:
-Prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs, tracks headcount and turnover.
-Work with HR functional areas (recruiting, compensation, benefits), and Operations to report metrics and analyze data.
-Identify trends in HR data to support decision making and create modeling.
-Write reoccurring and ad hoc reports for ongoing customer needs
-Create and maintain databases/spreadsheets for HR reporting purposes
-Maintain system integrity by running queries and analyzing data
-Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Compensation:
-Create and administer the communication around the company annual bonus programs.
-In partnership with the HR Managers, and our Technology Vendor create, compile and analyze data for the mid-year and annual review process.
-Research and analyze internal and external compensation data to be used in the development or updating of compensation programs.
-Lead various compensation projects.
-Create and grade job descriptions using Market Study Data as well as Hay Points.
-Maintain and update all compensation data in HRIS system.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
-3-5 years of relevant work experience
-Experience with HRIS implementation, maintenance, and vendor relations.
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical & organization skills
-Possess advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel
-Organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner
-Good time management skills
-Ability to maintain confidential information
-Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
-Able to take direction and follow through multi-step project/procedures
-Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
